for our listeners? Absolutely. I think a lot of people who are, well, a lot of people in general,

but a lot of people specifically who are going through some sort of faith crisis or transition

often just feel so lonely.

Yeah, I want to help people to just know that they are not alone

and share a little bit of my story to maybe help people to know that they,

first of all, aren't the only ones, and also maybe some tools to help them.

Andy, will you introduce sort of your education and professional background to our listeners?

Absolutely.

So I have been studying kind of informally positive psychology for the last maybe six years.

I mean, I studied psychology in my undergrad as well, social psychology, which has been even longer.

But I am certified positive psychology practitioner, also a professional life coach, and TEDx speaker coach too.

And I just love helping people to find their purpose and to really share it out there with the world and to live their personal mission.

I believe everybody has a life mission.

And I think it brings a lot of happiness to find that.
