All right, folks, welcome back to another episode of the Human Performance Outliers podcast.

0:14.7

I'm your host, Zach Bitter.

0:15.8

And today I have a guest interview for you.

0:19.0

Today's guest is Stuart Chutter.

0:24.1

Stuart is a very interesting person. He actually reached out to me after I did a podcast on kind of health influencers getting

0:29.8

into the regenerative farming movement. And Stuart was an easy invite for me because he has a lot

0:37.1

of interesting topics about his lifestyle

0:39.4

that I wanted to hear more about.

0:40.8

And one of is he is an ultra marathon runner, I guess regular runner, if you want to call it that.

0:47.0

He does marathons and things shorter than ultras as well too.

0:50.3

And also obstacle racing type stuff.

0:52.1

So he has a really cool setup up in Canada where he decided

0:58.2

about six years ago to build out a regenerative farm and make his living that way. And within that

1:04.7

framework, he has built like an outdoor gym with like a squat rack and stuff outside as well as in a couple of instances

1:13.7

done some pretty cool what I would call like personal projects one of which he did he trained

1:18.8

for a marathon and raced the marathon eating nothing than what he grew or raised on his specific

1:25.0

farm and he's also done some similar things in the past, too,

1:27.7

where he did that with just like kind of like local farms around him, where he was using some products outside his farm, but they were all kind of neighboring farms around his area. So I want to kind of hear about his lifestyle, what got him into regenerative farming, what his draw was to running, how that all kind of impacts the way he trains and goes about his lifestyle and just learn a little bit more about, you know, some of this regenerative farming technique and

1:49.7

where he kind of views it going, where he views farms that are either like moving towards

1:57.1

that versus taking a more traditional model and all sorts of that stuff.

2:01.8

So that's today's interview.
