She's in the health field. She'd be able to work on stuff from health to sex changes or men who want to become a woman and women who want to become men.

And as we were talking about, I found it very interesting on what men and women have to go through to change the course of nature.

And it's not to say anybody is doing this as wrong, you choice is your choice.

But I think that people should be aware of what you're going through, so you can think through so many things that I've been making people say this because your mind is telling you something else.

Good morning. I'm wonderful. How are you?

I'm doing good, like I said, a little tie, but you know, I have my vacation back to work and I'm happy. I can tell you that I'm truly, truly happy.

So we were talking the other day and we were discussing your business from Philadelphia, etc.

And you enlighten the people what you do in your journey and things that you have experienced in life without mentioning your name.

I'll let's keep you the name some quiet due to the fact that something you might say that's crazy.

I'll get nobody saying that to you.

Okay, well, I worked in healthcare. I worked in HIV clinics and hospitals and things of that nature.

I have worked closely with the LGBT community and I've seen a lot.

I've heard a lot of stories from people of that community and what they've gone through as far as sex changes, HIV and AIDS, and it's very sad.

Let's talk about before we get to the sex change thing. Let's talk about the AIDS and the HIV because, you know, you see the commercials now, but I really still think people don't take it seriously.

They don't.

People are, you know, fervorous when having sex and I feel like a lot of people do not use protection despite STDs.

And I think that in our community, especially for black people, there's so much conversations about baby moms and baby dads and having children out of wedlock that we have those conversations frequently, but we don't talk about STDs and how prevalent they are.
