I have lost about 100 pounds.

I have kept it off for, I think it's pretty much officially six years at this point.

Wow.

Yeah.

I'm pretty sure I hit my goal weighed in like December of 2017, I think.

I have no idea.

We actually would have recorded this earlier, but I got lost in a mire of trying to

figure out how many years we'd been podcasting. Yeah. When I started losing weight. This is the last

episode of our sixth year. Six years. Yeah. So if you, this is episode 312. I'm, I'm, you know,

I was just about to say, if you divide that by 52 weeks, that's six years exactly.

Then he's a nerd.

Yeah, sorry.

He's a math nerd.

But I am very surprised by that because it feels like only yesterday.
