He's a retired Baltimore police officer and a veteran of the Marine Corps and he is a public activist about that speaks out against police brutality.

And we just had this great conversation, but I just wanted to make sure we mentioned who he was so people aren't wondering who he is throughout the entire program.

So here is an entire show which is just an interview with Michael Wood Jr. And then at the end there's a little bit of David Ike stuff.

We recorded this before I went on vacation. I am actually recording this now on vacation and then I'm going to put it together and see you guys will have a show on Monday.
