Justin has a wonderful little thing going on here and I was honored to be able to fill in this week.

This bonus episode, as has become the tradition in Justin's absence once when Heaton did it last Friday is an episode of another podcast that I do.

This podcast series is called Know a Little More.

The idea of Know a Little More is that I do a deep dive each episode into a topic and help you understand

it.

So because it's technology oriented, a lot of times it's like variable refresh rate or USB or something

like that. But there's a lot of crossover between politics

and technology in many realms, including one on safe harbor. Safe harbor that you will

usually here described as Section 230 of the CDA, the Communications Decency Act.

What's very interesting, and you'll hear me talk about this in moments is that Section 230 is one of the only remaining parts of the Communications Decency Act because much of it was struck down by the Supreme Court in the 90s, but Section 230 remained.

And the reason it's relevant to someone

interested in politics is it is bandied about as a football.
