my mind is just this idea of adding versus subtracting to our nutritional approach. I think a lot of times

we get into health and nutrition, it becomes this game of what should I get rid of, what is doing me harm? What can I take away versus what are things we can add to this to make things better that aren't going to come with a lot of unforeseen consequences and stuff like that?
