What up, guys? So it is the following week at the time of recording this, the following week to the ADCC West Coast Trials, 2004. And so I figured what we would do, because anytime I go to the trials tournament or championship tournament, I always like my phone, I'm always jotting things down on it. If you guys ever see me, those tournaments, a lot of them just jotting down ideas on my phone and

probably not texting all that much.

But I like taking the ideas down as they come because when I go to those tournaments,

you just see so many different little things that pop up, both technical transitions that I find

interesting or something maybe work on or notes to go back and watch a particular match later on because I'm like, I'll see something and I'll,

I want to watch a match later on. But then there's just random ideas that come from those

tournaments. And so what we're going to dive into today is a few, more than a few, but a collection

of ideas or occurrences or things that came from the trials this past weekend

and some ideas that could be useful to you, depending on your training and the situation

you're in, obviously it'll have a competition sort of slant to it.

But there are ideas in it that are sort of universal regardless of whether or not you plan

to compete on any high level or not.
