Chad, an expert in conflict resolution, talks in his book and the podcast about Christ-based principals to reduce the divisiveness and conflict in our families and communities through love. 0:54.8	Tell us where you're calling in from, what part of Hawaii,
0:58.0	and tell us about how long you've been at BYU and how you got to BYU Hawaii.
1:03.6	Yeah, so I live on the north shore of Hawaii in a little town called Pupakea up on the mountain.
1:10.5	And I came to BYU, Hawaii as a professor in 2005, and I got my undergraduate degree
1:17.8	from BYU, Hawaii.
1:19.6	I actually started at BYU, went on a two-year mission for the LDS Church in San Bernardino,
1:25.8	California, came back to BYU, Hawaii.
1:30.4	And then about 10 years later, after going to graduate school in Washington, D.C.,
