Summary

In this episode, we try a new meditation to help you stay present in THIS day. HAPPY NEW YEAR! It is a great guided meditation to help you stay centered on the present moment and let go of yesterdays events or tomorrows possible happenings.  I recorded this meditation at the beach, as this is where I feel the most present and alive.  I hope you find it helpful.  It has become a daily part of my practice and I hope it brings you empowerment and peace. Hi guys, it is January 1st, 2018 and I am sitting and I'm overlooking the ocean here at Karnapali, Maui,

and I wanted to share with you a meditation that I have been practicing and it's

something that I've been doing daily and I think it is a fantastic practice and so I would love to

share it with you. What I'm going to do is I'm just going to guide you through and what you can do is you can either

just listen to my voice and listen to the sound of the waves and the people playing paddleboard

and the kids laughing or and the wind which is beautiful or you can repeat the part of the meditation.

As I say it, I'm going to say it very slowly, and I invite you to either just listen

or repeat it back silently to yourself.

Take a nice deep breath in and breathe out. Today is a new day.

Today I will let go of yesterday's happenings.
