This is Washington, D.C. typical Monday, pre-Koronovirus, typical that is.

It's about 9 o'clock in the morning, and by this time many of the 700,000 people who live in the city have made it to work.

Lawyers, mechanics, bankers, cooks, bus drivers, nurses, shopkeepers,

and of course government employees.

Hundreds of thousands of them, including the nine Supreme Court justices.

The jobs all these different people do run quite a range, but morning routines really don't.

I imagine you'd recognize this one.

So Supreme Court Justice, they get to the office,

they pour themselves a cup of coffee,

they fill up a glass of water, put it in their water bottle, whatever.

Drink it, and then they pee, flush that toilet.

Away we go. That's not just any old random flush by the way it's a flush I recorded at the

US Supreme Court before the area where they take your phone away.

All that to say I wanted to know what happens between this and the time all that water

makes its way back into the environment.

Why am I even talking about this?

Because today we are going to plumb the depths of a lawsuit that made it to this building.
