| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, it's Adam Rittenberg and Kyle Bonagura, co-host of the Unforgotten Season 3, Finding |
| 0:05.8 | Dolores Wolf. We're here to look back at episode 3, this way to the Murderer's House, |
| 0:12.2 | which dropped earlier this week. And, Kyle, this is an episode that both of us were looking forward |
| 0:18.8 | to having out in the open just because of all the details. |
| 0:23.1 | And I think what, you know, the way we start the episode, let's kind of begin there, |
| 0:28.8 | because you and I were actually in Woodland together back in March. |
| 0:33.6 | We felt the need to kind of retrace some of the important parts of the story. And we were fortunate enough that a guy by the name of Daryl Erzman, who was a neighbor and a friend of the wolf family, specifically the wolf children, was in the area and willing to show us around. And so, you know, we met Darrell back in March and went around town. |
| 0:57.0 | And the most significant site we visited was the house on Hillcrest Drive, |
| 1:02.0 | where Dolores Wolf was last seen on the night of July 31st, |
| 1:06.0 | 1979. |
| 1:07.0 | You know, Darrell had made contact with the current owner of the house, Joel Burton, who was nice enough to let us onto the property and inside the house, which was the first time you and I had actually been inside the house. |
| 1:19.2 | It was the first time Darrell had been inside since 1979, which is pretty amazing because he was essentially the fifth wolf sibling was always around. |
| 1:29.0 | So when you think about just that experience of being together, being with Darrell, being in the |
| 1:35.4 | house, seeing everything and kind of experiencing that with him, what kind of jumps out for you? |
| 1:42.8 | It was a really interesting experience because we started |
| 1:45.2 | reporting the story back in 2020, has spent a lot of time on it many years at this point, |
| 1:50.2 | rehashing all the details. And to be there inside the house, you know, where the family lived |
| 1:56.1 | and where Dolores was last seen, it was a little bit surreal, right? You kind of build something |
| 2:00.3 | up to look like whatever it is inside your head. |
| 2:02.9 | So to be in there, to walk from problem hall to hall to bedroom was a really surreal |
| 2:09.2 | experience. |
| 2:10.2 | And there's been some renovations done. |
