On this episode, Chewy and Eugene discuss the idea of whether BJJ is watered down.
We chat about how Jiu-Jitsu has evolved over the years from a traditional self-defense martial art and more toward a sport, how BJJ becoming more of a business changed the martial art, the evolution of training, how social media has impacted BJJ techniques and learning, the evolution and proliferation of techniques, if it is easier to get promoted in BJJ today, the importance of having older grapplers on the mats, and whether the skillset of Jiu-Jitsu practitioners is better today.

1:12.2 | and different supplements and dietary supplements baked into them basically for different effects, |
1:18.6 | everything from relaxation to focus, that sort of thing. |
1:21.2 | And then also too, they have balms, which again, if you are getting banged up during training, |
1:25.5 | which let's face it, if you're doing jihits, you're getting banged up in training. It can be a nice thing. Anytime I travel, |
1:31.4 | I always keep a little CBD with me to help me relax. And I also keep the balms with me because |
