On this episode of Newt's World, the social media app parlor was really starting to gain traction.

When after the events of January 6th, it was abruptly removed from the Apple App Store, Google

and Amazon Web Services, who refused to host a site any longer. Then parlor had to rebuild their

entire platform to deal with big tech censorship. It has been a months-long process and they now

have a new CEO of parlor, his name is George Farmer and he's the son of a conservative member

of the House of Lords in the United Kingdom. He's a well-known UK conservative in his own right

and he's married to Candace Owens. Now he's leading parlor to an extraordinary comeback.

George, thanks for joining me. I'm very curious. What was your background that got you involved in

doing this? Well, thanks very much for having me, Newt. It's a pleasure to be here and in

honour to speak to someone such as yourself with a very long and distinguished career in conservative

politics across the side of the pond. My background really began, I guess, when I left university,

and I started working finance. That was about a dozen years ago now and I began my career

in investment banking and then after that I moved within the financial world into the hedge funds
