1:15.7	And it's been really fun to evolve my friendship with Lauren to also a business partnership as

1:24.0	I think it's so cool to have women coming together and supporting one another and I will forever

1:32.0	I was hesitant to put out an episode today because of the state of our country and everything
1:38.7	that happened on Wednesday at the Capitol but I decided to go ahead and carry on with
1:45.9	this episode and just wanted to note that I realized it's a heavy week and time for our

1:53.6	The events that occurred were sad and unacceptable and basically I just want to give everybody
1:59.7	listening a big hug if you're feeling overwhelmed with all that's happened.
