FBI didn't find a goddamn thing.

It comes back a week later and one guy in the Dallas Police Department suddenly finds a palm print.

Well, we know it could have been taken off Oswald in the morgue.

There's no chain of evidence. I never could figure out why this guy orders a traceable weapon to this post office box. When he's going into any store in Texas, give a phony name, and walk out with the rifle which can never be traced. To frame him, obviously. There's a lot of smoke there, but there's something fine. We're talking about our government here.

No. We're talking about a crime, Bill, pure and simple.

Y'all gotta start thinking on a different level like the CIA does.

Now, we're through the looking glass here, people.

White is black, and black is white.

Just maybe Oswald is exactly what he said he was.

A patsy. Hello everyone and welcome back to the podcast. Today's episode is episode 292. And of course,

it's part five in our mini-series covering the Tippett murder. The first three episodes were a deep plunge into the

moment of the crime itself, a gripping account by a handful of witnesses who experienced the terror

firsthand. They themselves in the moment were unsure as to whether their own lives were in danger.

Yet in retrospect, they were asked to be perfect witnesses as if they were

calm and collected, simply observing something with no trauma or personal danger associated with it.

If nothing more, you certainly can come away with a great appreciation of how difficult it is

to be a witness in the aftermath, as well as an investigator.

And of course, the entire scene happened minutes after the assassination of our president.
