1:04.0	Japan's Upper House of Parliament has approved the state secrets law by a vote of 130 to 82,
1:10.0	despite fierce protests from the public and opposition parties against the bill.
1:15.0	The law grants the government more authority to implement harsher penalties to those who
1:19.4	leaked sensitive secrets.
1:21.0	It will enforce prison terms of up to 10 years for the
1:24.1	leaking of sensitive information on issues ranging from defense, diplomacy,
1:28.6	counterintelligence, and counter-terrorism. Today the Chinese regime passed a new set of laws legalizing the removal of online messages
1:36.2	and registering the identities of web users.
1:39.2	Internet providers of both mobile and computer platforms will now need to collect their customers true identities.
1:45.7	This is already in place for most fixed internet contracts, but only about 70% of mobile-based agreements.
