It's been a constant back and forth of them playing games.

Us saying we're not going to put up with the game playing.

And then as the deadlines keep being put in place,

they sort of back down and move things forward.

So I think it's been a back and forth

and sort of all or nothing process with them.

So I'm theoretically going to think

that they're willing to take this seriously at this point.

But once again, we could find ourselves in the same boat

a week from now where they give us some low ball offer

and we'll right back to drawing another line in the sand.

But the ultimate line in the sand is long as first

would be like it or not.

So that's the final deadline.

a couple of weeks ago.

And we were chatting as we ran into each other

afterward about the conditions that have sparked
