uncomfortable truths. Well, one uncomfortable truth about reaching goals, but it's something I think

is useful. And again, we'll get into this in just a minute. We'll also talk about the idea of

attrition in jiu-jitsu, because obviously people come in with jihitsu and they have this goal of

getting good, getting proficient at it. And at times,

there can be a high level of attrition where a lot of people quit jitzy. So we'll talk about
