What's up everybody?

If you are like me, I'm sure that you're missing consistent episodes of the heavy checklist podcast.

And for that, I apologize.

I'm hoping when winter comes and things slow down a little bit, hopefully we can get the

gang back together and we can continue to produce some amazing content for you guys and

for myself so that I can continue to learn.

With that being said, I did want to make everybody aware of a side project that I have that

I started called the Changing Pace Podcast.

It features me, just me, big Marcus Wing, sitting down with some of my friends who are regular

people who are doing extraordinary things.

They may not have the biggest social media followings, etc.

But they have done some really cool things or have built really rad businesses.

They live super cool lifestyles.

They have really good routines.

And there are people that you could definitely gain knowledge from.

One thing with the podcast not happening is I felt like I was getting a little bit stale

and I wanted to continue my pursuit on being better.

So with that being said, I'd like to invite everybody to head over to the Changing Pace

Podcast, whether it's here on Apple or Spotify, Google Play.
