We're going to be doing something a little bit different this week.

I think it's going to be good.

It's going to be a good reminder for everybody who's been asking for the checklist.

We've been asked, I don't know how many times, to organize checklist start to finish.

What we're going to do in this episode is what I'm going to call meat and potatoes.

We're going to get into the first 10 episodes that we've ever recorded.

We're going to go straight to the checklist items and we're going to put those in a podcast

for you guys.

It's kind of like a refresher.

We're going to do that now.

We're starting with episode one.

We'll go through episode 10 and enjoy all the checklist items.

I'm going to put that on my dream board.

When you think about the keto thing and I'm not trying to sell the keto diet, all I think

what we're trying to get at is make a change.

Whether it's big or small, make a change in what you eat.

Marcus, your challenge leaving here is to donate the fries to your Apollo burger and

maybe have an extra bottle of water or two during the day.
