tons to cover today,

including an important update in the case where Donald Trump is suing his own administration for $10 billion.

We remember that. And an appeals court has refused to rehear Trump's challenge of E. Jean Carroll's

verdict of $83 million. Oh, a bummer for him.

That's too bad.

Plus, an interesting ruling by Judge Beryl Howe.

She's denied a motion for a member of the proud boys to get a refund on the restitution he paid for his role in the attack on the capital January 6th.

And it's weird because we know some judges have granted that refund.

She hasn't, and we'll talk about why.

And Rudy, we have an update on Rudy Giuliani.

He's apparently in a Florida hospital in critical but stable condition.

I don't know how those two things can coexist, but he's in the hospital and then we all

decide what to have for lunch.
