including a new lawsuit filed by a former colleague of mine, a former Capitol Police officer,

against a right-wing media organization that claimed that she was the pipe bomber.

And new charges against a no king's counter protester for possession

guess this guess guess of child pornography yeah i was going to say um common theme of these

seven and ten january sixth residivist agree yeah that's not that many but it's a lot uh one in 230 i think

i have done the back of the envelope

math. Plus, we have Senate Democrats doing something. They're pushing back against the Department

of Justice's recalcitrance on the Tom Homan-Cava bag bribe investigation. And there's some

trouble for Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against himself via the IRS.

And although we don't have any Rudy in the Pillow Man news today, we do have an update on a long-forgotten colleague, the good old Devin Nunes.
