To be here, we've both been commanded. I am, I have lost about 100 pounds and kept it off for about five years, and we're here to talk about it.

Yep, it has been easy and breezy. In the northern

hemisphere, it's springtime. I think by the time this comes out, it will actually officially...

Yeah, it'll be officially spring. It's probably a hair before spring as we record it. Yep,

the daffodils are dilling and the tulips are tuliping. The daffodils are daffing and dilling. They're being daffy

while they're dealing. Exactly. And it is spring has sprung and some people around the world right

now are recognizing that it is the time of Easter and Passover.

Yes.

And past Easter.

If you're listening to this after Easter, then it's both.

And there are probably people eating pasties.
