Summary

David is a strength and conditioning coach with Athletic Truth Group (ATG), where he works with Ben Patrick (Knees Over Toes Guy). He believes in building a strong foundation from the ground up, through strengthening the areas that traditionally get injured through sport by carefully examining the positions that sport puts on our bodies. He currently trains NBA/NFL/MLB players and folks of all ages and ability levels.
