What up, guys. Welcome to the podcast today. Today's episode is going to be featuring a guest by the name of Jason Kalipa.

If you're familiar with CrossFit and Fitness, you probably know that name. He was the 2008 CrossFit Games winner back way back in the day before most people knew about it.

And then he was pretty much within the top 10 to 20 for like essentially

his whole career. And then he had a really good run in like the 2000 teams. I think it was 2013,

14, where he took second and third. So he was right in the heat of it. And he also does Jitzy. He's been doing Jiu Jitsu. I think it's like six or seven years now. He's a purple belt in jihitsu. And, you know, I ended up chatting with him recently a few months back. He

watched one of the videos. And I was a fan of his from CrossFit. And I saw that he, you know,

sent me a message. She was like, oh, hey, cool, man. You know, so I started with him a little bit. And then when we were looking for guests, I just thought that

would be a, like if his stuff popped up, like that would be a fun guest to chat with

because of his experiences and his level of fitness and everything else and getting into

jiu-jitsu. And so in the episode, he gives some really cool advice as far as both training. Keep in
