been at least two or three years. I guess so.

Susie, as I'm sure so many of you know, is a regular career and business contributor to the Today show these days although you and I have yet to run into each other in makeup.

I don't know how that's happened. I know. I have to spend a lot of time in makeup.

Not nearly as much as I do.

It's a little like bingo getting in those makeup chairs, you know.

They tell you exactly where to go and where to sit and to put down your coffee and it's a process.

You're doing a lot of work these days on

CNBC on power lunch particularly and you and your husband Jack Welsh are

authors of the real life MBA of winning and you know from yours back that I am a

huge fan of 10 10 10 your best selling book. Thank you so much. Yeah. So thank you

again for being here yesterday was your birthday.

We sort of started celebrating a few days before my actual birthday

so that when I actually got up in the morning on my real birthday I said to Jack

isn't there something you want to say to me and he said good morning I said no this is

the real day it's my birthday because we started early. Did this birthday mark anything special? Anything changing this year? Anything
