Well, the first Starlink satellite direct-to-cell phone constellation is now complete. I think that

means you can't quite use it yet, but the physical assets of satellites are in the right place.

So very soon, according to Elon Musk, you'll be able to use your regular unmodified cell phone to use Starlink as a phone network.
