All right, welcome back to from eight arbitration, the Monday edition.

I was supposed to be out of town yesterday and

today and I didn't go out of town so I was going to do it tomorrow but since I'm

here let's go on and get it out of the way we'll do a Monday edition I will be

doing one Sunday next Sunday all right even though it's Thanksgiving week I'll do one next

Sunday and I'm going to cover amongst a few things employer claims had an individual reach

out to me that one of their carriers walked across a newly paved driveway there was no warning tape

nothing like that on it and the obviously

the customer called in and complained said it's $2,000 in damage and supervision

told the carrier that they could either pay for it or get discipline and so we're

not going to pay for anything all right so if you want to give me discipline on that that's

fine we'll address that but i'm not paying for anything okay so we're going to cover employer claims

next week sunday all right got a lot of stuff to cover today a lot of stuff going on we're going to

talk about it, okay?

I'm going to try to be civil as much as I can.
