All right, welcome back to Femate Arbitration Monday edition.

I was going to do one yesterday.

It took me forever to pull up the sites for

a FAA to meet standards because most of them are expedited and you can't use expedited

arbitrations. You can't use those. You can't put them in an arbitration for persuasive value

and they won't pull up on the database and so yeah I spent all

night trying to just find a few because there's hardly any you can use and so I found some

that I really like and so we're going to do that today I'm going to do two things today I said

three I'm going to do two because one of I said three, I'm going to do two

because one of them is going to be really long and that's questioning supervisors. Got a lot of stuff for

that one. And so next Tuesday, I will not have one Sunday or Monday. I have one next Tuesday because I'm

going to be out of town. I'll have one on the past practice of things at the case and also employer claims because I had

somebody reach out to me today saying that a carrier in their office was walking across a yard

somebody had just paved their driveway nothing on there showing it it was paved, no tape, no nothing, and the carrier walks

across the driveway, and now they're trying to make them pay for it, a couple of grand.

Problem is, the supervisor tells the carrier, if you don't pay for it, we're going to discipline

you.

So I'm never paying for anything. You can discipline me all you want.

I'll beat that discipline anyway because you're not going to be able to show that it was

intentional what I did. There's nothing showing that it was just paved and I'm doing my job.
