that can be useful to you. And I think it's a useful idea to remember at any stage of the game,

whether you're a white belt or a black belt, because even as there are

higher belts, we can get away from this, so we can kind of forget about it. So I think it's a useful

idea either way. So we'll jump into that in a second, and I hope that this serves you on your
