Alright, let's get started with your coaching session today. Today we're going to talk about how to interrupt yourself, a skill, while you're eating.

And remember, if you're listening in real time, it's February, and this is our month to focus on eat.

Now, how do you eat right now? How do you know when to stop? Do you even think about stopping? Can you consciously on purpose stop eating anytime?

We're going to talk about why you might want that skill of being able to stop in the middle of a delicious meal.

So there's a lot of advantages. There's a lot of reasons for you to develop that skill. It allows you to stay connected to your body and stay mindful, mindful of what you're doing, what you're eating, how it tastes.

It allows you to understand what it takes to make your body feel physically satisfied, to know if you're still hungry, to know if you should keep going.

Being able to interrupt yourself makes you more aware, right? That means that you're more aware of the pleasure that you're getting while you're eating.

So there's more enjoyment of the taste and of the whole experience. And it lets you see that you possibly, possibly, might get more pleasure with possibly a little less food.
