JP, first off, how are you today?

I'm fantastic. It's awesome to be here, brother. Yeah, man. I'm excited to have you, man. We connected maybe a couple years ago. I was a guest on your podcast, and you've got a great podcast on culture, really called coaching culture. Yeah. Okay? And that's where you spend most of your time, and's where we're going to spend most of our time in discussion today is really about this term culture. You obviously have a podcast called coaching culture. You've got a website that you've had for the last couple of years called Thrive on Challenge. And you're currently in the process of a book, writing a book, and it's actually being released. When is it being released? Next month. Next month. Okay. So you're in full swing. Yeah, full swing right now. That's exciting. And the book's called Calling Up. Calling Up, Discovering Your Journey to Transformational Leadership. So you also work with a lot of coaches mentoring as well. You know, dozens of coaches throughout the year. You do some one-on-one mentoring. I got to start just like quickly, where, where's this passion come from? You know what I mean? You're all in. You're serving the coaching community. You're developing culture. You're mentoring coaches. You're writing books. You've got a podcast website. What's driving you? Yeah, I mean, I think at the core of what I've tried to do and create is a coaching mentorship type of program or service or

I started coaching actually in Ireland years ago.

I grew up in South Carolina, played basketball there, and then went on to move in

England, coached there in Lithuania, moved over to Tennessee.

Who were you coaching? I was coaching pretty much every age you could imagine, actually,

over in Ireland. Mostly was club-level youth underage basketball, right, for boys.
