Today we're going to have a real life episode talking to a real person who has been struggling with seizure disorder and obesity and a lot of things that we're all struggling with.

So today we have Jennifer with us who is a seizure salad on on Twitter and she really caught our attention just because of her story and what she's doing and she's really an inspiration and so Trot do you have any words of wisdom to add to this?

I've been following you for a long time on Twitter.

I think, you know, some of us, it's very easy to relate to the struggles of obesity but not only you

know did you have that struggle but you had this struggle with with seizure

disorder and getting a diagnose and getting treatment and being and being on a ton of medications and finally kind of finding a way for yourself.

And so I think I can't wait to hear the whole story and I can't wait to share that with our listeners.

Tell us how it all started and how you got to be where you're at now.

Well, first of all, thank you so much for having me. I'm really excited to be here.

So I think I should probably preface this with the fact that I grew up with my mother having epilepsy. She had the full-blown grand mal seizures so she

would just kind of hit the floor and that was my understanding of what

constituted epilepsy. So in my mind, you know, what what I started

experiencing that eventually ended up being diagnosed

as temporal or epilepsy didn't start happening until I was 12 years old and the only reason

I remember that particular benchmark was just because I used to keep a diary,

which is really embarrassing right now and I can look at it when you're 12 years old.

But I would have these sensations that I would call deja vu and I would always wonder it's like these
