So we haven't done with one with Eugene and I just kind of chatting. In the podcast, we go through everything from like fighting jihitsu with like the Ortega and the Holloway fight coming up. We talk about some CBD oil type stuff that we're using right now that's been really effective. And we also talk about things like longevity in the sport and training for longevity amongst everything. | 0:32.2 | When are you using that CBD bomb? So the CBD bombs like, man, dude, like I use it usually if something's hurting, obviously. But like I said, usually when I do squats, if I do like a squat workout, like a leg workout, usually the next day, my knees are like a little stiff. You know, they're not like banged up. Like I'm hurting or anything like that, but they're stiff. Like I know that I worked that out and it's sort of stiff in the joints. But what I'll do is I'll just put a little that CBD bomb on, like later on after the workout. And then the next day, nothing. Like, I mean, I'm still sore my muscles. Yeah. But that normal pain that I would kind of have around the joint. It's just not there. I never thought about using it like that. Like I always thought about like if I have pain, I'll put it on there. |

I'm like, yeah, I'm like, you're like the placebo group, but you're like the people that can just will their way to believe in anything if you want it to be. Yeah.
