And, you know, that's one thing that me and Kel take a lot of pride in in terms of any one of our establishments or any of our businesses.

Anytime that we're thinking about growing a company or making some big decisions or changes for a business, we keep very close to heart how this can affect our employees or our staff in a positive way.

And I think that that's one thing that's probably helped us get where we're at is having,

you know, some core people that have been very loyal to us because of the way that we treat

people.
