0:26.8	You've been here with us earlier to talk about avian flu, but today we're going to talk about
0:31.2	the seasonal flu.
0:32.4	When we record this now, it's the middle of October.
0:35.3	How concerned do you think that we should be about the flu?
0:38.8	Influenza has not really changed now over the last COVID-19 pandemic. So influenza is still
0:44.7	influenza and we have seen a large and high burden in the population pre-pandemic. And so whenever
0:51.3	there is influenza circulating, we will see people getting sick, having to be admitted to hospital and even dying due to flu.
1:00.4	Before COVID-19 was there, influenza had the highest burden in the population.
1:05.3	So of course, influenza is a disease where we are concerned and where people are infected and affected on different aspects,
1:14.0	particularly also healthcare on the healthcare system that when now influenza might circulate
1:20.3	plus COVID might circulate, we could see that additional pressure is put on the healthcare system
1:26.6	as well.
1:27.2	Is there anything we can say about the concerns about a dual pandemic? that additional pressure is put on the healthcare system as well.
