Put it on the run. Welcome to this week's Boy on the Run. I'd like to wish everyone a very merry

Christmas wherever you are. At a time you hear this I'm going to be in Poland trying to work

out how to run in minus four degrees. Obviously Jan-Tastic is coming up and I know there's a lot of teams on offer that you might like to join.

Obviously Boiling the wrong can't compete with all the teams but I think we might be the only team that has its own song,

because I've whipped up a little something.

Doing a song was something of a learning process,

as I've realized that Ray Parker Jr. it's got a very good voice

and it's a song Ghostbusters is a very repetitive song especially when sung

by someone that obviously can't sing.
