So, without further ado, let's listen to episode 257 of JFK, The Enduring Secret. Billy Saul Estes was born during a blizzard in Texas in 1925.

That day and night wasn't easy.

His mother had labored for over 24 hours and his father had ridden on horseback to let the doctor know that Billy Saul's entry into the world had just begun.

Later in life, Billy Saw would comment that it was the blue northern wind that emanates from Colorado that is so cold.

And as far as names go, there are a lot of stories about how Estes got his middle name, Saul.
