Tom, what you've been up to?

Uh, I've not been running. I tell you what, I can't think there's many times when we've recorded a show and I've not run since the last show. Like I don't think I've run a step. I'm looking now

actually on my strava profile. I don't think I've run a step since we last recorded and

that can't happen very often. I mean I'm not the most dedicated

run in the world but I'm better than that normally.

Well I was just about to say I don't think we have ever had a week of recording the show where

you haven't been out for a run.

Yeah, I've done. My last run, I think, was cross country on November the 30th or something.

Is that just because you've been really busy or just because you're

falling out of love with running? Oh yeah I've been windsurfing every day Martin.
