Where is everyone involved in this podcast breaking toilets recently?

This is the first time I've done it. I've never seen a toilet like this before,

a toilet. They call it a unitas here. I don't know what it would be called anywhere else,

but the entire system is contained in the back of the toilet, and you cannot take the top off.

It's locked in the place, which I learned today is that you're not supposed to take the top off,

because the reservoir was not filling. In the US, you're like, oh, a reservoir is that filling?
