Welcome back, problem solvers. I'm Anne-Marie Comfer, and I am so excited today to have an amazing clinical unknown. I am joined by Dr. Alec Rezi, who is a hospiceist at Baylor, who just has amazing cases, who is here to present a case today.

And then Doc Watt Colbert, who is an ID physician at Amory University and also just an amazing contributor to our virtual morning report as well as these podcasts.

I think that she should be the CP solvers, infectious disease, Professor Emeritus, just based on how much she's contributed.

So I am just absolutely thrilled to welcome the team today.

processes in real time. So first of all, I was just hoping that y'all could unmute, say hi,

If you look me up on Twitter, I'm as Anne-Marie said, it's wonderful to be here. And so for summers, I break it down in two.

So I'm a runner. So summer is a little bit harder to run in hot, hilly, humid Atlanta. So I try to do

cycling and hiking around here. There's a lot of mountains here.

So outdoorsy, still activities, and then try to do some good old barbecue.

That's the perfect summer activity.

Totally agree.

I'm not much of a runner, but for those of you don't know, I'm Alec Al-Ale-Kraza. I am a

hospitalist at Bentop at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. And I'm really excited to share the

case today as far as summer activities. I really like firing up the grill as well. And then I have

an almost two-year-old now who just likes to run around. So I'm just chasing after her at this point.
