Oh, what am I've been doing?

Well, I'm in Spain. I'm lucky enough to be in Spain and the weather's been amazing.

It's been 25, 26 degrees in the afternoon, but cool in the mornings.

So I've been able to go out and run in the mornings and then just lounge around, do a bit of a swim in the afternoon.

It's a bit cold for swimming, but I'm still doing it. I really breaks yourself when you first get in the pool. But having a really nice time,

I did a little five mile yesterday down at a place called El-ondo, which is a bird reserve, and I saw a big flock of glossy ibis,

that I'd not seen before.

Are they good?

Well, they are quite rare.
