Summary

Thank you for joining us for another episode of the Low Carb MD Podcast.

Doug Reynolds is the Founder and CEO of LowCarbUSA and the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners. LowCarbUSA was founded in the beginning of 2016 with the initial  intention of providing  a platform, through an annual conference, for internationally renowned scientists and medical practitioners to present the ever-increasing body of evidence on the benefits of reducing carbohydrates in the diet (and adding in healthy fats).

Amy Eiges is a certified health coach at Dr. Tro's office and a coordinator for the Nutrition Coalition. Amy was a chronic dieter before she found low-carb/keto, having previously had many, many frustrating experiences with food-restrictive diets.

In this conversation, Tro, Doug, and Amy talk about food addiction, the upcoming Low Carb, Boca conference, the speakers that will be at the conference, and the topics that will be covered at the conference.
