We have for the first time on Bad Faith podcast, Matthew Clare.

He's an assistant professor of sociology at Stanford University, an author of the acclaimed privilege and punishment, how race and class matter in criminal court. Welcome, Matthew.

Thanks for having me. Or I should say Professor Claire. My apologies. I should confess to the audience

that I've known Matthews since he was about two years old. Basically, your younger sibling.
