Tom, what you've been doing?

I've been run walking a Yorkshire marathon.

Well, we're going to come, we're going to come to that when we cover the Yorkshire

marathon later on in the show.

I can't wait, but of course I know I know I can't wait to hear all about it and

get the inside scoop on your complete detonation.

It was you know know, about mile 17 I got in the zone and about mile 20 I realized it was the wrong zone.

Of course we were both of them. We'll talk a little bit about the Yorkshire Marathon later on in the show, but we're both up in York.

What a fancy city. I've not been there before, it's very nice.
