in January of 2018 when we did that whole rhythms series. And she was kind of talking

to us about our purpose in that. And she is back today. Her new book is titled You Be

You. And it releases today, which is not the normal day of the week. The book's release,

but Jamie is just being Jamie. And we talk about that and talk about probably what a lot

of you are thinking about Jamie and I both being podcasters and both having a lot of

the same drive and ideas. And what is it like to cheer for each other and not compete

with each other? We talk about it because we love each other and we've talked about it
