And today she really gets brave. And in this book, she's really brave and I'm so proud to be your friend. I think you're going to love this conversation. Here's my friend, author, business woman, all around boss, Allie Worthington.

You can always say to me, I don't want to talk about that. I always air on the side of being way more vulnerable than I should be. Like I just did typography. And I was like, what's he going to get me?

1:14.0

That's your number seven. Oh, yeah. I knew that. I knew that. And what do you think after talking to it? I mean, it's hard to talk about your cell and the anyogram type you identify with with a professional.

1:24.0

Oh, yeah. And there's something odd about being a seven because I think I'm a more serious seven. So people expect me to be the Annie Downs version of seven, but I'm a more serious low key seven.

1:36.0

So I wondered, am I really a seven? Is he going to tell me I'm actually something else? I don't know what's going to happen.

1:42.0

I'm sure he didn't change her number. No, he did. No, you know, when we did our any a summer, the woman Aaron that was in here, she amazes me because she is a high level high energy seven all the time. Like we're at a birthday party on Sunday.

1:56.0

And she shot off confetti. I mean, she popped to the cork on a champagne bottle, whistle to make the whole party stop so that she could do celebrate the birthday person.

2:06.0

And I was like, yeah, that's that's not me either. Like I if you're the if you're saying energy level and

and funny level or whatever outgoing and level you're down at like a one, I'm probably a five. Aaron's probably a nine.

2:21.0

She out Annie Annie. Yeah, I mean, every time I'm around her, I'm like, yeah, I'm not like I'm not the same kind of seven you are.

2:29.0

Yeah. And I think that there's pressure when you know your number and you know so much about it to look a certain way.

2:35.0

Right. For me, finding out the subtypes changed everything for me.

2:39.0

Really? Which one are you? I'm self press. Oh, so you're different than us anyway. Yeah.

2:43.0

100% yeah, because I'm one to one. So where I would bet Aaron, I don't know, I shouldn't speak for her, but based on my experience of her, I bet she's more of the traditional like big group.

2:55.0

Self press one to one and social. I bet she's a social seven and 100% yeah, it changes things. Tell me about your sevenness during a pandemic.

3:05.0

This was rough. Yeah. This was really rough because I want to have fun. I want to have adventures. I want to be able to go do fun things. I want to travel. I want everyone to be okay.

3:17.0

I mean, that's my thing. Am I going to be okay? Is anybody going to take care of me? Is everything going to fall apart?

3:23.0

So and March was really tough. So I spend 80% of my time as a business coach. So there was a week there in March where I would have a coaching call the client like a client with the surgery center.

3:35.0

We're making a plan. How do we move forward? How do we maneuver? And then I would get off the phone and I would cry. Yeah.

3:41.0

And I would have another call and I'd walk somebody through strategy of what to do. And then I would get off the phone and cry. So what I started doing, you'll appreciate this.
