What up guys? Welcome to the podcast. We've got a competitor from Great Britain on the podcast with us today, Owen Livesey.

It was a fun conversation with him. I knew a little bit about him because I've seen him a bit, but it was super interesting.

And we talk about just jih Tjitsu. He actually comes from a judo background some other stuff and so we

get into just talking about grappling and some ideas this one I what I found interesting about this

one is if you um this it felt like very much you could tell he was very like comfortable in himself

yeah because I felt like I was just having a conversation with a guy at like me and another

black belt or another high level grapple or having a conversation with each other as we

would if we were sitting down having a beer together.

It's very much like that.

So when you hear the conversation, there's lots of little interesting tips, takeaways,

and things like that that you could implement for your own

training, whether you're a competitor or not a competitor. And even for some of you guys that are

coaches, like he's got a coach, he's a coach now, a full-time coach, and he's still competing in a

higher level. So again, some interesting takeaways there. So hopefully there's some stuff that you

can take away for your own Jiu-Jitsu.
