We are going to talk about the big news that's out there.

It involves a court settlement, a legal proceeding.

So there's a little bit of a warning about that some of this could, in lesser skilled hands,

a lesser trained broadcast voice, could sort of veer into the realm of

like tedium and like legalese, we are going to work very, very hard to prevent that from

happening.

Then we're going to talk about what is out there the facts.

And I'm going to try to sum all this up in a very succinct and simple

way of sort of what this means going forward what is going to happen next. I don't necessarily

have the full answer on that, but I do think I can sort of scribble it out in fairly easy to

understand terms of sort of the next big obvious step as it relates to all of this.
